M&A Publishing Agreement
HARRISBURG, PA – March
15, 2005 – WFG Capital Advisors LP, a leading investment
banking firm to the insurance industry, announced today that
it has entered into an exclusive agreement with The National
Underwriter Company for publication and distribution of
Insurance M&A Insights – 2005 Industry Sourcebook.
Insurance M&A Insights is a review, analysis
and forecast of industry M&A events, trends, activities, and
deals. The agreement includes WFG’s annual M&A Sourcebook
as well as monthly updates, written, compiled and edited by
Robert Lieblein, President of WFG and Steven Wevodau,
Managing Principal of WFG, and is supplemented by National
Underwriter’s editorial staff.
